What CorpsXtra is
CorpsXtra is a reader-first publication about the practical side of growing a B2B business — the software you actually use, the tactics that actually move numbers, the honest patterns behind what looks obvious in hindsight. It exists because most of what’s written about B2B growth online is either abstract advice from people who’ve never shipped anything, or thinly disguised advertisements from vendors who’ve figured out that content marketing is cheaper than paid ads.
Our editorial line is straightforward: we test tools before we recommend them, we say when something is bad, we cite our sources, and we tell you when we’re getting paid. We’d rather write one honest post a week than five sponsored ones a day, and we’d rather have a small audience who trusts us than a large one who doesn’t.
Who reads CorpsXtra
Mostly founders, marketers, and operators at B2B SaaS companies and service businesses — the people who actually have to pick a payroll platform, or launch a partner program, or figure out whether ABM is worth the trouble for their specific product. Some agencies. Some in-house teams at bigger companies. Everyone reading is here because they’re trying to get something specific done, not because they want more content in their feed.
If that sounds like you, welcome. If you want a weekly email with the best of what we publish plus a couple of things we found elsewhere worth your time, subscribe from the footer.
What you’ll find here
The site is organized around five sections, and every post lives in one of them:
- Guides — long-form playbooks. How to build a B2B YouTube channel that drives pipeline, how to structure a SaaS affiliate program, how to think about ABM in 2026. The kind of piece you finish and act on.
- Tips — shorter, more practical. Things that take fifteen minutes to read and give you one specific thing to try.
- Reviews — hands-on takes on software. We sign up, we use the product, we take notes, we tell you what’s good and what isn’t.
- Insights — where B2B is heading. AI SDRs, GEO, warm outbound, the shifts we’re watching and what they mean for how you should be thinking about your own work.
- Tools — the software worth knowing about right now. Roundups organized by category, kept current.
How posts get made
Every post starts as a question we’ve been asked more than once, or a claim we’ve seen made too many times without evidence. Susan writes the first draft. If the piece is a review, that means actually using the product — usually for at least a week, sometimes for a month, occasionally for a full quarter if the product is complex enough to need it. If it’s a guide, that means either doing the thing ourselves or interviewing operators who have.
Facts get checked. Sources get cited. Numbers get verified against primary sources whenever possible — SEC filings, company blogs with clear author bylines, product documentation, pricing pages captured on the date we cite. Drafts sit for at least a day before publishing, because a night’s sleep catches things a fresh read misses. Then they go up.
When we get something wrong, we correct it — publicly, at the top of the affected article, with a dated note explaining what changed and why. Corrections are a feature, not a bug.
How we make money
Some of the outbound links on CorpsXtra are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That’s the primary way this site pays its bills. It does not change what we recommend, and it does not buy favorable coverage — see the full affiliate disclosure for the specifics.
We do not run display ads. We do not use engagement-optimized content strategies. We do not sell your email address, sell your reading data, or share anything about you with anyone we don’t have to. See the privacy policy for the full picture there.
