Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CorpsXtra website at corpsxtra.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please stop using the Site.
These Terms are between you and Felix Jan-Andrewson, sole proprietor, operating CorpsXtra (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting the Site, subscribing to our newsletter, sending us email, or otherwise interacting with CorpsXtra, you accept these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What we provide
CorpsXtra publishes editorial content — articles, reviews, guides, comparisons, and analysis — on topics related to B2B growth, marketing, software tools, and related subjects. The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
We may add, remove, or change content at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific article will remain available.
3. Content is not professional advice
This is important. Nothing on CorpsXtra constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, medical advice, or professional advice of any other kind. Content is written by journalists and operators, not lawyers, CPAs, or licensed professionals. Before acting on anything you read here — especially decisions involving money, business formation, contracts, taxes, or compliance — consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
We do our best to be accurate, but we make no warranty that content is up to date, error-free, or applicable to your specific situation. Tax rules change, product features change, prices change, laws change. If a piece is stale, it’s stale.
4. Intellectual property
All content on CorpsXtra — articles, images, graphics, logos, code, and design — is owned by Felix Jan-Andrewson or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may:
- Read, print, and save content for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Share short excerpts (roughly the first two paragraphs, or 150 words, whichever is shorter) on social media or in a blog post, provided you link back to the original article on our site.
- Quote a sentence or two in an article of your own, with attribution.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish entire articles — whether on another website, in a newsletter, in a book, or anywhere else — without our written permission.
- Use our content to train machine learning models, large language models, or any other AI system, whether commercial or research, without our written permission. Automated scraping for AI training is a use we specifically do not license.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, attribution, or affiliate links.
- Use our name, logo, or brand identity without permission.
For licensing requests — syndication, reprints, translation, quotation beyond fair use — email felix@corpsxtra.com.
5. User conduct
When you interact with the Site (through email, subscribing to the newsletter, or in any other way), you agree not to:
- Send us threats, harassment, or abusive language.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our accounts, or our systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or systematically download content.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or attempt to disrupt service.
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
6. Third-party links and affiliate content
The Site contains links to third-party websites, products, and services. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Following an outbound link means you leave CorpsXtra and enter another site’s environment, and the third-party’s terms and privacy policy apply.
We do our best to only link to reputable third parties, and we test the products we recommend, but we can’t guarantee your experience with a third-party site or product. Purchases you make through a merchant we linked to are transactions between you and that merchant, not between you and us.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, that it will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any specific result will be obtained from using the Site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CorpsXtra, Felix Jan-Andrewson, or any related person be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any content on it — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Site is free to use, this amount is likely to be zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Felix Jan-Andrewson, CorpsXtra, and any related person from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your violation of these Terms; your use of the Site; your violation of the rights of any third party; or content you submit to us.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example by posting a notice on the site or emailing subscribers). Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law).
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
